Use this book for one growing space. Print another copy for a different bed or container. Start on any date; the week numbers are prompts, not promised results.

Make your notes useful
Choose a regular check-in day. A few specific notes are more useful than a long entry you never return to.
Use the same photo angle and measuring point. Record the measurement unit and label every photo with its date and location.
Write down changes in weather and care as well as changes in your plants. Note feeding, pruning, repotting and pest treatments.
Garden observations describe what happened. They do not isolate the cause. Keep your ordinary care routine and follow plant-specific guidance.
