If your set is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Normal garden use will not disqualify your request.
How it works
- Contact Tendfield Gardens with your order number and checkout email.
- Tell us which items you want refunded. We may ask for information to locate the purchase or understand a damaged, missing or incorrect item.
- Once the purchase and eligibility are confirmed, we refund the original payment method. No return shipment, original packaging or restocking fee is required.
Refund timing
We confirm when the refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Contact us so we can resolve the affected purchase. Do not send items to an address on the parcel. We do not charge return shipping under this returnless policy.
Fair use
This promise covers genuine Tendfield purchases and does not provide duplicate refunds for the same item or cover deliberate damage. It does not limit rights under applicable law.
